1. About this service

ULEZ Pay Assist is an independent service that helps customers submit and pay the London Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) daily charge. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Transport for London (TfL) or any UK government body. Customers can always pay TfL directly at tfl.gov.uk for no service fee.

2. Pricing

Our service fee is £4.99 per order. The ULEZ daily charge is currently £12.50 per day, set by TfL and subject to change. The total displayed at checkout is the full amount you will be charged.

3. Refunds

If we are unable to submit your ULEZ charge to TfL on your behalf, we will refund the ULEZ portion of your payment. Our service fee is non-refundable once we have started processing your order.

4. Accuracy of information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the vehicle registration and dates you provide. We cannot be held liable for incorrect submissions resulting from inaccurate information.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with our service is limited to the total amount you paid us for the relevant order.
