What we collect

To process your ULEZ payment we collect: your vehicle registration, vehicle type, the dates the charge applies to, your name, email address, and (optionally) your phone number. We also receive limited payment information from our payment processor.

How we use it

We use this data solely to (a) submit your ULEZ charge to Transport for London on your behalf, (b) email you order confirmations and receipts, and (c) respond to support enquiries.

Sharing

We share your vehicle registration and selected dates with Transport for London as required to process the charge. We do not sell your personal data. We use trusted third-party services (payment processing, email delivery, hosting) bound by appropriate data processing agreements.

Retention

We retain order records for up to 6 years to comply with UK accounting and tax obligations.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. Contact us via the email address in your order confirmation to exercise these rights.
